The SUNRISE project is an international study of Movement Behavior in Early Childhood and is being carried out in many countries. In Albania, this is a study from the plan study, part of the Albanian Sports Science Association (www.assa.al) in collaboration with the University of Wollongong, Australia. Research benefits
The primary focus of the SUNRISE Study is to determine the proportion of 3- and 4-year-old children who meet the World Health Organization’s (WHO) 24-hour Global Movement Guidelines for the early years in their country.
This study will:
- Evidence of whether students use WHO guidelines and whether there are differences according to gender, family education level, urban/rural environment or country’s income level.
- If you have a WHO guideline and changes regarding tests and test results.
- Identification of possible features related to the influence of movements and actions of instructions.
Safety is to determine the feasibility of the acceptability of the data collection measures recorded for the Main Study and whether the user is of the study in all cultures.
