Why we should participate in archery?

What do we benefit?

Archery is a static and precision sport which requires stability and eventually few movements    (Park. J eet al, 2016). This can be defined by many people as a passive activity which does not develop the necessary physical skills. Many studies had cleared this misunderstanding by proving that archery needs balance, concentration, coordination ability in order to practice and achieve a good performance (Stambolieva. K et al. 2015).

Through participating in archery, we can develop lots of physical skills and activate a large number of muscles even the smallest one which are not usually used in daily life. Archery increases the strength and endurance mostly in upper body (Mann & Littke, 1989). Precision, hand-eye coordination, concentration, and selfcontrol are some of the other qualities we get from archery.

Fortunately there is Archery in Albania for anyone who wants to access this magnificent sport. Here is the link https://www.facebook.com/ArcheryAlbania/
