Marketing companies and distribution networks target weaknesses in human psychology to maximize their profits. Not everyone is happy with their body, so they get tricked by such titles and other traps by consuming products that serve more distributor’s bank accounts than your body. These products are not necessarily harmful but do not serve the purpose.
Diets that promise to make you healthy you for a short period of time, do more harm than good. The human body can not get fit for short periods with a new style of nutrition or physical activity. The body requires time to get used to a new diet because the organs lose the amount of nutrition they need on a daily basis. For example, if your diet is rich in carbohydrates and you consume dough products, their immediate discontinuation would bring a number of consequences to the body. You would feel tired, hungry all the time because you lost the “fuel” of the body without replacing it. Usually, the immediate loss of weight is the loss of water in the body, not the fat mass, so it does not last long and is recovered quickly.
Physical exercise routines that target abdominal muscles or wrists and nits do not work, and may even result negative. Strengthening only one muscle group damages it during long-term periods.
