It is not uncommon for children to be keen about a certain sport, taking off from video games, a famous athlete, or even various commercials. They will want to practice to their preferred discipline following the example of their idol. Often, the parent is happy with the joy and passion of the child, sometimes even with their talent, enabling the child to exercise in the preferred sport. But in the early ages concentration and specialization in a sport harms the child more than it helps.
Children have a developing organism. All their muscular and bone system is growing, so it is important to be exposed to different forms of movement, different abilities, coordination and special techniques. This enables skeletal muscle systems to be trained uniformly (not just a set of bones for a particular discipline) providing a wider range of child movements.
Taking into account the child’s developing organism, uncontrolled concentration, and exercise, and child-care training such as adult weightlifting and weight training by a transient in a specific sport at an early age can create problems in his/her body. Since a certain group of muscles and bones are constantly in motion during exercise, they can be loaded and damaged more. Likewise, this group of muscles and bones (for example legs – soccer) develops more by concentrating all the energy of the organism. So the body does not have enough energy to develop other organs.
Many professional athletes exercise in other disciplines, except their sport, just to avoid long-term injuries in certain areas. Imagine what can happen to a new body. Parents need to be careful when choosing the activity of their children. It is important to preserve the child’s enthusiasm and incitement by teaching the discipline, but it is much more important to ensure a healthy life, filled with experiences.
