The “Youth Empowerment through Visual Storytelling” project, part of the Erasmus+ program, took place in Balatonszárszó, Hungary, from October 28 to November 5. It brought together participants from Albania, Bosnia and Italy. The project aimed to empower youth through visual storytelling, encouraging creativity, teamwork, and cultural exchange. Participants engaged in workshops to develop storytelling techniques and visual thinking skills while sharing cultural traditions and learning to collaborate across diverse backgrounds.

This initiative provided a unique opportunity for young people aged 18-29 to enhance critical thinking, leadership, and organizational skills. The program addressed challenges such as cultural and linguistic differences and emphasized the importance of inclusion, innovation, and group collaboration. Through activities like creating storyboards and exploring visual storytelling as a tool for education, participants not only gained practical knowledge but also grew personally and socially, fostering a deeper appreciation for intercultural cooperation.

This summary marks the final phase of the project, known as dissemination, which focuses on reflecting and sharing its outcomes. By highlighting the lessons learned and the impact on participants, the dissemination ensures the project’s achievements reach a broader audience. The initiative has empowered participants to apply their skills within their local communities, promoting cultural inclusion, personal development, and professional growth, ensuring the lasting influence of the Erasmus+ program.
